Frontline is launching a new diabetes health programme aimed at supporting at-risk communities. We are seeking a qualified Diabetes Nurse Specialist/Practitioner to join our team and contribute to this innovative programme.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the diabetes health programme.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex health needs.
  • Deliver culturally responsive care to support community health and well-being.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and nurse prescriber/practitioner qualification.
  • Proven experience in diabetes care, including medication titration and phlebotomy.
  • Strong cultural competence, particularly in working with diverse communities.
