**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive process engineering and improvement initiatives at Sealed Air Corporation. As our Group Process Leader, you will be responsible for leading safety assessments, optimizing and innovating processes, and providing customer technical support.

Our ideal candidate has an engineering, technical, or chemical/plastics degree and experience in process improvement. They should possess Six Sigma or similar process improvement training, proven leadership and project management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Be a safety champion by leading safety assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Optimize and innovate processes using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee product development, machinery upgrades, commissioning, and continuous process refinement.
  • Provide customer technical support for seamless new product introductions and troubleshoot performance issues.
