Senior Nursing Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from young children to older adults, in various settings including residential care homes and community-based programs.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
About the Role:
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or relevant qualification
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- Experience in aged care or related field (an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
