About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working in mental health environments, with a strong focus on delivering excellent care in a culturally responsive manner. They will be able to build relationships with patients, their families, and support agencies, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Assess and manage clinical risk.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in partnership with patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
About You
- Competency in Te Tiriti principles and frameworks.
- Experience working in a mental health environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, particularly night shift.
