Our client is revolutionizing how developers interact with cloud infrastructure. They're seeking a skilled Account Executive to join their rapidly growing team. This individual will partner with engineering leaders as a trusted advisor to help their teams ship faster and scale confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through negotiation and close.
- Shape the future of technical sales at a company where you'll be among the first AEs.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and develop the go-to-market strategy.
**Requirements**
- 3-7 years of closing experience, particularly in technical sales (DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform tools).
- A track record of exceeding quota and building trust with engineering stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development.
- Experience thriving as an early sales hire at a high-growth startup.
- Mid-market sales expertise (rather than enterprise/strategic accounts).
**What We Offer**
- A competitive base salary: $100K-125K.
- Overtime earnings: $200K-250K (50/50 split).
- Equity: 0.05-0.1%.
- 31 days PTO.
