About the Role:
- Work closely with the People and Talent Coordinator to source candidates via job sites and headhunting
- Assist with putting up and managing job ads on various platforms
- Manage recruitment emails in a timely manner
- Screen CVs and applications
- Schedule interviews and tests when applicable
- Assist with the onboarding process
- Maintain clear communication and approval process with the People and Talent Manager
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership of key areas of responsibility
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Passion for people
