Situated in the heart of Britomart, our awesome workspace is right next to some of the city's best cafes, restaurants and shops. Close to public transport & the motorway on-ramps, our office is easy to get to and convenient for clients & candidates to visit.

A little bit about the role:
You'll be working alongside an established and experienced team of specialists tapping into our networks in the IT & Digital space. Your role will focus on what really matters – building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates while managing the recruitment process with our incredible talent acquisition team. Our team here is really strong in results and super high performing

Reporting to our IT & Digital Manager, you'll have access to an established client base and work closely with– and we're also keen for you to bring your own flair and help us build new relationships.

So who are you and what is your profile?
  • An experienced recruiter – ideally, you've got 5 years under your belt and are ready to level up your career.
  • You've been successful, but you know you're capable of more – you're motivated to take that next big step.
  • You're ambitious, driven, and high-energy, with a sharp mind and a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Promises mean everything to you – you'd rather stick pins in your eyes than let a client or candidate down.
  • A natural connector – you love working with people, helping them grow their careers, and contributing to big-picture business goals.
  • Team player to the core – no drama queens or egos here (seriously, we have it written on our office wall).
  • Ideally, you have experience in the IT & Digital space, but if not, your passion for recruitment and a strong desire to be one of the best will do just fine
