Relationship Building Representative

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, combined with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations

Requirements:

  • NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
