A Bit About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and support our retailers. Your focus will be on bringing our customer vision to life in each store, providing support and guidance, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with retailers, providing advice and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure winning customer experiences in all stores, gathering customer insights to improve the in-store experience.
  • Safe Gambling: Champion our Play Smart programme to minimize the risk of harm from problem and underage gambling.
  • Operations: Manage the end-to-end process of store openings, closures, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and documentation.
  • Training: Deliver training to retailers and their staff on Lotto NZ systems, processes, and products.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the safe installation and maintenance of Lotto NZ equipment in stores.
What We're Looking For
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Time Management: Prioritize your workload to maximize time and financial resources.
  • Retail Experience: A thorough knowledge of the retail industry with 5+ years of experience.
  • Leadership: Confidently lead challenging conversations and manage store performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Use data to develop sales plans and identify key retail drivers.
  • Driver Licence: A current clean NZ driver's licence is required for this role.
