Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering impactful training programs to enhance employee safety awareness.
  • Conducting regular safety audits and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of safety incidents and near-misses.
  • Fostering open communication and collaboration among teams to address safety concerns.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and employee engagement.
What We're Looking For:

We need a seasoned professional who can inspire and drive change. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and a passion for driving cultural change.
  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable industry or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage, train, and motivate teams.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Experience in safety compliance and training, with knowledge of EH&S regulations and risk assessments.
