- 5+ years of experience in a comparable industry or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage, train, and motivate teams.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Experience in safety compliance and training, with knowledge of EH&S regulations and risk assessments.
