The role of Underground Trainer – Learning and Development is critical to achieving this goal. As a key member of our Waihi Operation team in New Zealand, you will be responsible for designing and delivering inductions and training programs that meet or exceed regulatory and internal Occupational Health, Safety & Training compliance requirements.
You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure course requirements and availability are clearly communicated, and develop new training packages and update existing ones as required. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure course requirements and availability are clearly communicated.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Workplace training and assessment qualifications.
- Qualifications in Health and Safety Management (Desirable).
- Full and Current Driver Licence, ability to drive manual vehicles (Mandatory).
