We are seeking a highly experienced Early Childhood Education Centre Manager to lead our team at Waiapu Kids Te Hapara Whanau Aroha. This is an excellent opportunity for a visionary leader to implement our Education Practice Framework, fostering a stimulating curriculum that responds to the aspirations and needs of children, whanau, and community.
About this Role- You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring smooth operations and optimal outcomes for tamariki.
- Foster a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the community, whanau, and hapū.
- Qualification in early childhood or primary education and current NZ teacher registration and certification.
- Strong experience as an ECE Centre Manager with expertise in curriculum leadership.
- Excellent people leadership and operational knowledge.
- Ability to engage with the community and work with whanau, hapū, iwi.
- Good understanding of Te Reo and Tikanga Māori, with a willingness to continue growing in this area.
