  • Cultivate strong relationships with the community, whanau, and hapū.
Requirements
  • Qualification in early childhood or primary education and current NZ teacher registration and certification.
  • Strong experience as an ECE Centre Manager with expertise in curriculum leadership.
  • Excellent people leadership and operational knowledge.
  • Ability to engage with the community and work with whanau, hapū, iwi.
  • Good understanding of Te Reo and Tikanga Māori, with a willingness to continue growing in this area.
