**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Nz Playcentre Federation. As a Child Led Play Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting our whānau and tamariki in their learning journey.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Facilitate child led play sessions that promote learning, creativity, and socialization.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to understand their child's needs and interests.
  • Develop and implement plans to support children's learning and development.

**Requirements:*

  • Hold a Playcentre Course 3 qualification or higher or an Early Childhood qualification of Level 4 or higher.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Te Whariki and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with tamariki and adults.
