**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Manager to join our dynamic team at Komi Group. As a Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maximizing the careers of our roster of influential parenting and family-focused social media personalities and content creators.
About the JobKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of parenting and family-focused influencers, guiding their career development with tailored advice and strategic support.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the careers of the influencers, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the influencers while maximizing revenue and value for both the influencers and the agency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, agencies, and other industry professionals to facilitate collaboration and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop creative and strategic brand partnerships that align with their personal brand and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in parenting and family-focused talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field, with a focus on working with high-profile influencers.
- A strong network of contacts within the influencer marketing industry, including influencers, brands, and agencies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the digital landscape.
