About the Position

This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families by providing high-quality support and care. As a Lead Independent Living Coach, you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to live independently and with dignity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each client
  2. Supervise and mentor a team of support workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and progress updates
  4. Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for supporting others. You will also require proficiency in MS Office, experience with rostering/scheduling, and a full NZ Driver's License.
