About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an IT Enterprise Transformation Manager, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital transformation projects, driving significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in leading and/or facilitating process improvement and digital transformation projects and change management, with a proven track record.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and project management, preferably with functional knowledge in managing/modifying end-to-end processes across multiple functions and business entities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
