We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Scientist to lead the development of advanced robotics solutions in path planning, simulation, and AI-based systems. As part of our team at the Agency For Science, Technology And Research, you will work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of robotics technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous robot path planning algorithms for complex environments, including multi-robot coordination and dynamic obstacles.
- Research and develop realistic robotic simulators for testing and validation purposes, leveraging tools like Gazebo, Unreal Engine, or custom solutions.
- Implement AI/ML-based solutions for robot perception, decision-making, and task optimization, utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in robotics development, with proficiency in C++ and Python, and strong knowledge of ROS 2 and RMF.
- Familiarity with robotic systems engineering, middleware frameworks, and sensor fusion techniques.
