The Role

As a Corporate Reputation Expert, you will provide expert counsel to senior leaders on corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, media engagement, crisis communications, financial communications, and regulatory issues.

  1. Develop and implement strategic communications plans to protect and enhance business reputation.
  2. Collaborate with the senior team to strengthen the agency's presence in New Zealand and support long-term growth.
  3. Build and maintain high-value client relationships, applying critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity to solve problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 10+ years' experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs, with a strong background in advisory roles at a senior level.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Experience in offering clear, strategic communications counsel at the C-suite and Board level.
  • Experience working on high-profile corporate and reputational challenges in complex industries.
