The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide expert counsel to senior leaders on corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, media engagement, crisis communications, financial communications, and regulatory issues. You will advise C-suite executives and Boards on strategic communications to protect and enhance business reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-impact advisory services to clients
  2. Support the MD on key clients and contribute to strategic decision-making
  3. Partner with the senior team to strengthen the agency's presence in New Zealand and support long-term growth
  4. Lead and support high-value client relationships

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years' experience in strategic communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience in offering clear, strategic communications counsel at the C-suite and Board level
