We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our ED Clerical and Telephony Team. As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling reception duties, and contributing to the smooth operation of our department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of medical terminology and apply it in your work.
  • Utilize Windows-based applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to work shift cover over a 24-hour period.

**Salary Range**

The remuneration range for this role is $70,970 to $78,397, covered by the PSA Clerical & Administration Collective Employment Agreement.
