About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance to lead our Asset Management Team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality infrastructure plans and renewals programmes. As the Asset Management Team Lead, you'll work closely with our Waters Strategic Lead & Programme Manager and Operations Team Leader to align our asset management approach with our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Asset Management Team to deliver high-quality infrastructure plans and renewals programmes
* Work closely with the Waters Strategic Lead & Programme Manager to align our asset management approach with our strategic direction
* Support operational experience and maintenance activities through collaboration with the Operations Team Leader
* Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of team members
* Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our assets

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary degree in Engineering or Planning, or diploma/certificate level technical qualification plus equivalent level of learning through significant experience
* Minimum 10 years' experience in Engineering, Planning, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team in a senior role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with asset management software and tools
* Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices
