Project Coordinator Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project managers with project lifecycle administration, coordinating project forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and billing, and managing purchase orders, goods receipting, and expense claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including customers, clients, and project team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
