About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutting Specialist to join our team at Remarkable People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing various types of fish for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process fish for customers, ensuring top-quality cuts.
  • Weigh and portion fish according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Follow all safety and food handling protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Knife Handler, with strong knife skills. You must also have experience with fish/seafood specifically and a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
