We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team in Porirua as a Trading 2IC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will assist the Trading Manager with Shopfloor-related tasks, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Trading Manager in maintaining planograms and setting up promotions
  2. Demonstrate strong leadership skills in managing teams in The Entertainment and Technology departments
  3. Ensure all legal trading requirements are met and promote a safe working environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. Proven retail experience with a focus on leadership and customer service
