We are seeking recent engineering graduates to join our team and contribute to our company's success.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves working with a leading utilities organisation to deliver safe and healthy drinking water, collect and treat wastewater, and ensure the stormwater network is well managed.
You will be part of a 3-year Graduate Programme featuring mentoring and career development, providing you with an introduction to the overall operations and maintenance activities for the water supply, wastewater, and stormwater networks.
Key Responsibilities- Administration of maintenance activities, contracts, budgeting, investigations, auditing, and managing minor capital works projects.
- Working across a broad spectrum of activities, including customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Our adaptive leadership program will help you gain experience and confidence, becoming a valued member of our team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Civil or Environmental (equivalent to Washington Accord Degree).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A pro-active approach with a health and safety mindset.
- A full, clean current NZ driver's licence.
We value a collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.
