Clinical Coordinator Physiotherapy plays a pivotal role in coordinating clinical activities and providing direct clinical care for the Child Development Service, a community-based team of allied health professionals dedicated to improving the health outcomes of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
This role involves managing clinical caseloads, supervising staff, and supporting service and policy development. The Clinical Coordinator will coordinate clinical activities, provide professional leadership, and expert clinical advice, set targets, and support data gathering and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in paediatric orthopaedics, excellent communication skills, and experience in case management, training, and development of staff. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and make judgements in complex situations where there is incomplete information or solutions are not obvious.
