**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to oversee small project work within our Ministry of Education contract. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Review project scope, conduct analysis, and prepare Change Notices in line with the FM Subcontract Agreement
- Plan and schedule work according to the specific needs of each assigned project
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of consultants engaged in projects as needed
- Contribute to stakeholder reports and project updates
The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably in a facilities or infrastructure environment, and possess strong expertise in the delivery of small project management services, knowledge of statutory requirements, regulation and national standards associated with planning, approval and development of infrastructure schemes, systems and processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
