**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Physiotherapist to join our team in Queenstown. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for introducing process improvements and driving your team towards success and further clinical development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Clinical/Service Leads to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Develop best practice/process improvements for the clinic/region based on client feedback.
  3. Deliver personalized solutions for rehabilitation services and products.

Requirements:

  • NZ Physio registration and current APC.
  • 5 years' experience is desirable.
  • Full NZ Driver's license for community rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day.
