Job Responsibilities: As a Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's day-to-day operations, working closely with our Practice Manager to ensure high clinical standards of care. You will also be involved in rostering, interviewing, mentoring, regulatory compliance, and driving initiatives for clinic growth.
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian with a BVSc or equivalent qualification and registration with the NZ Vet Council. You should be comfortable with both consults and surgery, as well as some sole charge. Strong communication skills and a passion for mentorship are essential.
