The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with deep technical product knowledge and a passion for improving training platforms. As a Training Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our training platforms, driving excellence in training support, and contributing to the success of our security product development.

Your Role

  1. Technical Support: You will support and improve the Gallagher Security product training platforms with deep product knowledge.
  2. Daily Operations: You will oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless training delivery and a great user experience.
  3. Content Creation: You will guide the development of simulator environments and support content creation to fill any gaps.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate across internal teams and work closely with external customers to improve training systems and processes.
  5. Platform Development: You will help shape the future of training platforms through continuous improvement and effective project management.
  6. Platform Maintenance: You will ensure platforms stay up to date in line with product and software releases, supporting testing and new content implementations.

The Fit

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. You will have a solid understanding of Agile principles and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and develop solutions.
