Job Overview

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking an experienced Training and Development Expert to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and compliance regulations. They must also possess excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will create and maintain training materials, including instructor-led courses, computer-based training, and compliance wire curricula. You will also support job task analysis and training needs analysis, update training plans, and design and implement L&D processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Maintain compliance wire curricula and ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support job task analysis and training needs analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and implement L&D processes and tools to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field and 3+ years with training responsibility OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field and 5+ years with training responsibility.
