Job Description
  • Leadership Role: Provide guidance on quality improvement methodologies as part of the site leadership team.
  • Culture Champion: Coach and model the behaviors required to achieve excellent performance within our plant and for our customers.
  • Customer Focus: Act with urgency to protect the customer and expedite return to steady state.
  • Performance Accountability: Accountable for performance metrics including PPM, Blocked stock, spoilage, and customer complaints.

The Hamilton Quality Improvement Leader will drive performance improvement by facilitating regular measured reviews with manufacturing departments. This position requires a strong understanding of quality processes and standards, with proven experience in Quality roles within the Packaging/Chemical industries.
