About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider People Team to deliver timely, consistent coaching, advice, and support to our managers. Your role will involve providing administrative guidance on HR-related matters while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Provide HR expertise to managers based on policies, practices, legislation, and case law.
  • Resolve workplace issues, conduct investigations, and ensure best practices are in place.
  • Support personal grievance responses and effective dispute resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects like wellbeing programs and engagement surveys.
  • Review and streamline employment practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Collate and analyze reports on key metrics.
  • Support Health & Safety as needed.
