Job Description

As a Culinary De Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of mise en place for service. You will prepare and serve a la carte/buffet breakfast, lunch/dinner & conference & events menus with creative flair. Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment while ensuring food safety standards are met is also a key part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills to liaise with the team in a vibrant environment. The ability to work well under pressure, ensuring standards are maintained, is also essential. Experience preparing and serving a la carte dishes is required, as well as knowledge of food safety standards and workplace health and safety.
