Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Floor Manager to lead our front of house team at MA Foods Limited. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless delivery of food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth service, ensuring all food is prepared and delivered on time.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular clean-ups as scheduled.
  • Order and arrange groceries, food, cutlery, and other necessary items with the kitchen team.
  • Monitor and control food, labor, and marketing costs to stay within budget.
  • Keep accurate records of invoices, payments, deliveries, cash, and other financial transactions.
  • Work with the kitchen team to maintain an accurate stock record, ensuring expired stock is discarded and the pantry is optimally stocked.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, including a zero-tolerance approach to alcohol and drug use in the workplace.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant work experience or at least a Level 5 diploma in management or higher.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean character background.
