  • Deliver exceptional customer service to business customers, ensuring all service levels are met.
  • Achieve sales and retention targets through up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of the utility/energy industry are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
