**Overview of the Role**

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Weston super Mare, you will be responsible for marketing properties to potential tenants, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing new tenancies. In addition, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, generate new leads, and continue your training and development with close support from your mentor.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 OTE per year, uncapped commission, company car (full UK driving licence required), and a range of other benefits, including:
