Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and recipe creation
  • Coordinate and supervise the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
  • Monitor quality and presentation of dishes, making adjustments as necessary
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
