We are seeking an exceptional Senior Policy Advisor to join our Accident Compensation Policy team within the Workplace Relations & Safety Policy Branch. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Ministers and senior public service officials to advise on the Accident Compensation Scheme, including broader scheme direction and performance, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Banish ambiguity through skilled communication and influencing skills to engage and collaborate with various groups.
  3. Promote strong stakeholder relationships using influencing and engagement skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex policy projects within central government.
