Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team at Global Executive Solutions Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our business, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business solutions

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales/business development within freight brokerage and managed transportation
- Strong knowledge of mode of transportation (reefer, dry van, TL) and produce and refrigerated & ambient food products
- Contractual business process (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and regional/national accounts experience
- Strong selling and closing capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in temperature-controlled transportation i.e. produce
- Freight management software skills
