We're seeking a Strategic Communication Lead who can drive engagement and alignment across the business by crafting compelling content and managing key farmer communication channels.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic communication support that helps drive business outcomes. Your ability to think on your feet, manage multiple projects, and proactively identify opportunities will make you a valuable part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing communication strategies that focus on farmer shareholders and Farm Source employees
  • Managing the distribution of communications across key farmer channels, including email, My Co-op app, and website
  • Creating high-quality content in various formats, such as farmer emails, app posts, meeting materials, op-ed pieces, online articles, and more
  • Tracking performance against team objectives
  • Partnering with the Senior Communications Manager to provide communications support to the Group Director of Farm Source and leadership teams
  • Supporting the wider Corporate Communications team in monitoring and managing Fonterra's reputation
