Job Description: The successful candidate will lead the Northern Consulting team while collaborating with Central and Southern Consulting managers to deliver remuneration solutions like CEO & Executive pay, Governance Fees, Pay Equity analysis, Incentive Design, Remuneration Ranges & Frameworks and more - the Strategic Pay way. They will oversee the team's success in achieving high levels of client satisfaction, coaching and sharing knowledge, while meeting strategic objectives, revenue targets, and annual plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate will ideally have worked as a people manager in a professional services environment, led teams responsible for service delivery, and advised at an executive and CEO level. They will also have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and interpret client needs. Additionally, they will have proven experience with remuneration and benefits systems, policies and procedures in all aspects of Total Rewards.
