Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate reporting on the CRL programme's progress to internal and external stakeholders, identify challenges and track financials including expenses and budget monitoring.
  • Support the CRL delivery team to monitor risks and track mitigation efforts.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly financial claims.
Administration Tasks
  • Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, documentation management, and procurement of necessary resources for the team.
  • Manage the CRL Document Controller and ensure that programme and safety case documentation is organised efficiently.
Commercial and Contract Variations
  • Manage and document commercial and contract variations, ensuring all changes are communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with commercial policies and procedures.
Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the CRL Delivery team, facilitating effective communication amongst stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and clear updates and reports are sent to the team and wider organisation.
