Your Mission
You'll play a pivotal role in driving company growth by proactively identifying and onboarding new business opportunities. From scratch, you'll recruit, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team across New Zealand. You'll develop and expand our customer base through strategic planning, effective execution, and continuous performance improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and client success, to enhance customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed your own sales targets and KPIs, as well as drive the sales team to achieve and exceed theirs.
- Build the Sales playbook, including development and execution of the Sales Operations model.
