Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – Upper North Island (Grocery channel) to lead a high-performing sales team in Auckland and Northland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing their team members, achieving sales targets, and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers within the grocery and retail channel
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets and grow product range
  • Explore new business opportunities and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a leadership position with strong coaching skills
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within an FMCG environment
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills
  • A genuine passion for sales and a commitment to success
