Role Overview

In this role, you will be working with individuals who have disabilities to support them in living great lives within the Nelson Marlborough community. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the people we support are able to manage their day-to-day lives in ways and at times that work for them.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Supporting individuals with their personal care and household tasks;
  2. Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  3. Providing transportation to appointments and social events;
  4. Encouraging participation in community activities and events;

Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional support and care to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full New Zealand driver's license is also a requirement for this position.

Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.37 to $31.13 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and with different individuals, making each day unique and challenging.
