As a Disability Support Specialist with IHC New Zealand, you will play a critical role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized support plans that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
