The Opportunity
We are seeking two dedicated AOD Practitioners to join our team. You will work directly with whanau to support and empower them on their journey to recovery, providing tools, resources, and guidance to overcome challenges and achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lived or work experience in AOD within Maori and Pasifika communities is essential
- Experience working with Maori and Pasifika communities in health and/or Social Services spaces
- Deep understanding of Te Ao Maori, commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and culturally appropriate practices
- Ability to empower and motivate people to reflect on their lives and make positive decisions for themselves and whanau
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work with whanau to develop creative solutions
