You will work in partnership with the Region Manager – Auckland, branches, depots, staff, and contractors to lead EHS improvement and change programs. Building and maintaining trusted relationships, whilst having conversations that challenge the status quo to uplift EHS capability is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead EHS improvement and change programs
  • Provide coaching and support to Regional and Branch Leaders
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders

**Requirements:**
