**About the Role:**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Professional Administrator to join our team at Ward 21 Acute Inpatient Services.

This role requires strong administrative skills, including office management, secretarial duties, and time management.

You will work closely with our leadership team and clinical services to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in an administration team environment
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly Windows, Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to connect and collaborate at all levels, including senior leaders, external partners, and frontline employees
  • Excellent word processing skills with a strong command of English, including grammar and spelling
